چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش علایم و بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به وسواس در تعامل با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس انجام شد. این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری می‌باشد. جامعه پژوهش شامل همه بیماران مبتلا به وسواس بالای 18 سال بودند که در سال 1393 به مراکز مشاوره خصوصی و مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهری و روستایی شهرستان رشت مراجعه کردند. نمونه شامل 60 بیمار مبتلا به وسواس بودند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی (درمان پذیرش و تعهد با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بدون سابقه خانوادگی وسواس) و دو گروه کنترل (کنترل با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس و کنترل بدون سابقه خانوادگی وسواس) قرار گرفتند. گروه های آزمایشی هشت جلسه 45 دقیقه ای درمان پذیرش و تعهد دریافت نمودند. از مقیاس وسواس فکری- عملی ییل-بروان برای تعیین شدت وسواس و از فرم کوتاه مقیاس کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی به منظور سنجش میزان کیفیت زندگی و از مصاحبه بالینی برای بررسی سابقه خانوادگی وسواس استفاده شد. آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره با اندازه گیری  مکرر برای بررسی تفاوت نمرات پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که این درمان باعث کاهش قابل توجه علائم وسواس و افزایش قابل توجه کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به وسواس می شود.  بنابراین، همه بیماران مبتلا به وسواس می توانند از این روش درمانی بدون توجه به سابقه خانوادگی وسواس، بهره مند شوند.
