پیش‌بینی وقوع تعارضات زناشویی بر اساس گذشت، شوخ طبعی و صمیمیت عاطفی

چکیده
هدف: تعارضات زناشویی، عملکردهای عاطفی، ارتباطی و اجتماعی  زوجین را به طور منفی تحت تأثیر قرار داده و در نهایت منجر به وخامت روابط آنها می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف پیش‌بینی وقوع تعارضات زناشویی بر اساس گذشت، شوخ طبعی و صمیمیت انجام شد.
روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی شهر رشت بود که  150 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ)، پرسشنامه ارزیابی شخصیت (PAI)، پرسشنامه سبک‌های شوخ طبعی (SHQ)  و پرسشنامه گذشت زناشویی (MFS) جمع‌آری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‍‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام با نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 انجام شد.
نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که بین تعارضات زناشویی با گذشت، شوخ طبعی و صمیمیت عاطفی رابطه منفی و معنی دار وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش بین در گام اول 6/22 درصد، در گام دوم 4/30 درصد و در گام سوم 5/35  درصد از میزان تعارضات زناشویی را تبیین کردند (05/0 > P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که با افزایش گذشت، شوخ طبعی و صمیمیت عاطفی میان زوجین می‌توان میزان تعارضات زناشویی در آنها را کاهش داد.
