تاثیر آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر استرس شغلی و کیفیت زندگی پرسنل اتاق عمل

چکیده
هدف: این تحقیق نشان می دهد که تمرین ذهن آگاهی منجر به کاهش قابل توجه استرس شغلی و بهبود کیفیت کلی زندگی برای متخصصان شاغل در اتاق عمل شده است.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت کاربردی و نیمه آزمایشی در قالب پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارشناسان اتاق عمل بیمارستان های تهران می باشد. 50 نفر از این جامعه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (25 نفر) و کنترل (25 نفر) قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های استاندارد جمع آوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های T و ANCOVA استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در پیش‌آزمون بین استرس شغلی و کیفیت زندگی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (05/0 P> هر دو). اما مشاهده شد که گروه آزمایش در پس آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل استرس شغلی به طور معنی داری پایین تر و کیفیت زندگی بالاتری داشتند (هر دو P=0.001). در نهایت، نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل از نظر استرس شغلی و کیفیت زندگی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0P=).
نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ذهن آگاهی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در مدیریت استرس ناشی از کار در بین کارشناسان اتاق عمل داشته باشد. در نتیجه، با مشارکت فعال در فعالیت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی، ایجاد شرایط مطلوب‌تری برای متخصصان شاغل در اتاق‌های عمل از نظر کیفیت زندگی قابل قبول است.
