تأثیر مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش بر سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی پرستاران

چکیده
هدف: علیرغم مطالعات متعدد در مورد تأثیر مشارکت منظم در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش بر سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی در جمعیت‌های مختلف، تمرکز محدودی بر تأثیر آن در حرفه پرستاری صورت گرفته است. در نتیجه، این مطالعه به دنبال بررسی تأثیر مشارکت ورزش و فعالیت بدنی بر سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی پرستاران است.

روش: پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از طرح توصیفی همبستگی و به صورت مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه هدف را کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر تهران تشکیل می دادند. نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، به‌ویژه از میان پرستارانی که تمایل خود را برای شرکت در پژوهش ابراز کردند، انتخاب شد. در مجموع 384 پرستار زن و مرد در پژوهش شرکت کردند و پرسشنامه های ارائه شده را با موفقیت تکمیل کردند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
نتایج:  نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت بدنی به طور معنی داری بر افسردگی (254/5-T=)، اضطراب (471/6-T=) و استرس (527/4-T=) تأثیر داشت. علاوه بر این، فعالیت بدنی به طور معنی داری بر کیفیت زندگی تأثیر گذاشت (627/3=T). نتایج برازش مدل در جدول 3 ارائه شده است و نشان می دهد که مدل تحقیق برازش خوبی دارد.

نتیجه‌گیری: این نشان می‌دهد که پرستاران می‌توانند از طریق افزایش درگیری در فعالیت بدنی و کاهش عادات بی‌تحرکی، بهزیستی خود را تا حد زیادی افزایش دهند. در نتیجه، ما قویاً از سیاست گذاران مراقبت های بهداشتی می خواهیم که اقداماتی را با هدف افزایش سطح فعالیت بدنی در میان پرستاران اجرا کنند.
