اثربخشی یوگا بر کاهش اضطراب زنان

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر یوگا بر اضطراب زنان بود. این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنانی بودند که به باشگاه های یوگای شهر رشت در سال 1401 مراجعه کرده بودند. بدین منظور 30 زن که بر طبق پرسشنامه اضطراب بک (BAI) نمره بالایی داشتند به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش(15 نفر) و کنترل(15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. سپس تمرینات یوگا به مدت 8 جلسه نود دقیقه ای، برای شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش اجرا شد و گروه کنترل طی این مدت تمرینی دریافت نکرد. سپس مجددا پرسشنامه مذکور بر روی هر دو گروه اجرا شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS27 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که ورزش یوگا در کاهش اضطراب زنان موثر بود (0/05 > p). بنابراین می­توان نتیجه گرفت که مشاوران، روانشناسان و روانپزشکان می­توانند جهت کاهش اضطراب زنان، از تمرینات ورزش یوگا استفاده کنند.
