مدل علّی رابطه‌ی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و کیفیت روابط متعهدانه زوجین با میانجیگری ذهن‌آگاهی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل علّی رابطه‌ی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و کیفیت روابط متعهدانه زوجین با میانجیگری ذهن‌آگاهی انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل زنان متأهل شهرستان بندر گناوه در سال 1401 بودند که 263 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی (CERQ)، پرسشنامه تعهد زناشویی (DCI) و پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ-فرم کوتاه (FMI) بود که به صورت آنلاین کامل شدند. برای بررسی فرضیه‌ها از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با به کارگیری از نرم افزار SPSS22 و Smart PLS3 استفاده شد. یافته‌های به دست آمده حاکی از آن شد که داده‌های پژوهش با مدل پیشنهادی برازش مناسبی دارد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر کیفیت روابط متعهدانه زوجین اثر مثبت و مستقیم دارد (05/0p<). همچنین ذهن-آگاهی بر کیفیت روابط متعهدانه زوجین اثر مثبت و مستقیم وجود دارد (05/0p<). تنظیم شناختی هیجان از طریق ذهن‌آگاهی بر کیفیت روابط متعهدانه زوجین اثر غیر مستقیم و مثبت وجود دارد (05/0p<). از این پژوهش نتیجه می-گیریم که؛ تقویت مهارت‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان و ذهن‌آگاهی با روابط متعهدانه بیشتر در زنان متاهل مرتبط است و مشاوران مراکز مشاوره می‌توانند از نتایج این پژوهش بهره ببرند.
