پیش‌بینی خودتخریب‌گری بر پایه میزان تنیدگی ادراک‌شده، سیستم‌های مغزی- رفتاری و سبک‌های دفاعی

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش‌بینی خودتخریب‌گری بر پایه میزان تنیدگی ادراک‌شده، سیستم‌های مغزی- رفتاری و سبک‌های دفاعی بود. جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشکده داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بودند که از میان آنان 150 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به پرسشنامه‌ها پاسخ دادند. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. برای گردآوری داده‌ها مقیاس‌های خودتخریب‌گری مزمن (CSDS)، استرس ادراک شده (PSS)، ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎی ﺑﺎزداری ـ فعال‌ﺳﺎزی رﻓﺘﺎری (BIS/BAS) و سبک‌های دفاعی (DSQ) به‌کار رفت. داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین خودتخریب‌گری با تنیدگی ادراک‌شده (p≤.01)، حساسیت به تنبیه (p≤.001)، حساسیت به پاداش (p≤.05)، سائق (p≤.01)، جستجوی سرگرمی (p≤.01)، سبک دفاعی رشدنایافته (p≤.01) و سبک‌دفاعی روان‌آزرده (p≤.01) رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد جستجوی سرگرمی (R2=.33)، حساسیت به پاداش(R2=.26)، سائق (R2=.23)، سبک‌های دفاعی روان‌آزرده (R2=.17)، سبک‌های دفاعی رشدنایافته (R2=.11) و حساسیت به تنبیه (R2=.11) توانستند خودتخریب‌گری را پیش‌بینی کنند. در نتیجه‌گیری می‌توان گفت تنیدگی ادراک‌شده در ارتیاطی پویا با سیستم‌های مغزی-رفتاری و سبک‌های دفاعی می‌تواند خودتخریب‌گری را پیش‌بینی نماید. از میان سیستم‌های مغزی- رفتاری، حساسیت به تنبیه، و از میان سبک‌های دفاعی، مکانیزم‌های دفاعی رشدنایافته ارتباط قوی‌تری با خودتخریب‌گری داشتند
