رابطه بین فعالیت بدنی و عملکرد تعادلی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم

چکیده
مشخص شده است که فعالیت بدنی  با مهارت حرکتی در کودکان مرتبط است. با این وجود، روابط بین فعالیت بدنی و عملکرد تعادلی در میان کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم  به ندرت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. از این رو، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین فعالیت بدنی و عملکرد تعادل ایستا و پویا در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم بود. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. 80 کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم (دامنه سنی بین 8 تا 14 سال، میانگین سنی 11.51 سال) در مدارس استثنایی در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. فعالیت بدنی با استفاده از پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی برای نوجوانان (PAQ-C) اندازه گیری شد. برای اندازه گیری عملکرد تعادل از آزمون های تعادل ایستا و پویا استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم میزان فعالیت بدنی و عملکرد متعادل پایینی داشتند. فعالیت بدنی به طور معنادار و مستقیم با عملکرد تعادل ایستا و پویا مرتبط بود. علاوه بر این، فعالیت بدنی به طورمعنادار و مستقیم عملکرد تعادل ایستا و پویا را پیش بینی کرده است. فعالیت بدنی نقش بسیار مهمی در مهارت حرکتی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم دارد. از این رو، نیاز به راهبردها و مداخلات هدفمند برای افزایش سطح فعالیت بدنی در این جمعیت وجود دارد.
