پیش بینی سلامت روانی زنان متأهل براساس مؤلفه‌های هیجانی کیفیت زندگی

چکیده
سلامت روانی زنان می تواند سایر وظایف آن‌ها را تحت‌الشعاع قرار می‌دهد، بنابراین بررسی نقش عوامل تأثیرگذار در سلامت روانی از موضوعات با اهمیت به شمار می رود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مؤلفه ­های هیجانی کیفیت زندگی در پیش بینی سلامت روانی زنان متأهل بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. بدین منظور از جامعۀ زنان متأهل شهر شیراز ،240 نفر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ کیفیت زندگی (SF-36) و سلامت روانی (GHQ-28)  در فضای مجازی مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه (مدل همزمان) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده­ ها نشان داد که مولفه­ های هیجانی کیفیت زندگی با سلامت روانی رابطه معنادار دارند (P<0.01). تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد که در پیش­بینی سلامت روانی زنان متأهل، مؤلفه­ های انرژی/خستگی، بهزیستی هیجانی و عملکرد اجتماعی کیفیت زندگی نقش مثبت و مؤلفهی اختلال نقش بخاطر عدم سلامت هیجانی نقش منفی دارند. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت چگونگی وضعیت بهزیستی هیجانی، شادکامی و سرزندگی زنان متأهل می‌تواند در سلامت روانی آنها نقش مهمی داشته باشد.
