هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش صمیمیت و آگاهی جنسی در پیشبینی کیفیت زناشویی با میانجیگری سبک دلبستگی در میان زوجهای ایرانی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی و بر اساس مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل زوجهایی بود که در سال ۲۰۲۳ به مراکز رواندرمانی و بهزیستی شهر تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند. از میان آنها، ۲۵۰ نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس تجدیدنظر شدهی سازگاری زناشویی (RDAS)، مقیاس صمیمیت (IS)، پرسشنامه آگاهی جنسی (SKQ) و نسخه تجدیدنظر شدهی تجارب در روابط نزدیک (ECR-R) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ جهت تحلیلهای توصیفی و همبستگی و از نرمافزار AMOS نسخه ۲۴ برای مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون روابط فرضی میان متغیرها استفاده شد. نتایج: اندازه نمونه برای تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری مناسب بود (KMO=0.89). نتایج نشان داد صمیمیت (β=0.41، P<0.001) و آگاهی جنسی (β=0.20، P<0.01) اثر مستقیم بر کیفیت زناشویی دارند و سبک دلبستگی نقش میانجی معناداری در این روابط ایفا میکند (P<0.001). مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوبی با دادهها برخوردار بود (χ²/df=2.15، RMSEA=0.06). نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد مشاوران و درمانگران باید در مداخلات و رویکردهای درمانی خود، ادغام مؤلفههای صمیمیت، آگاهی جنسی و سبک دلبستگی را در اولویت قرار دهند تا روابط زناشویی سالمتر و رضایتبخشتری را تقویت کنند.
