ارتباط بین فعالیت بدنی با سلامت روانی و اجتماعی در بین کارکنان گارد پلیس

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین میزان فعالیت بدنی کارکنان مرد حراست پلیس و همچنین بررسی رابطه بین فعالیت بدنی و سلامت روانی و اجتماعی در کارکنان مرد حراست پلیس بود. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان مرد گارد انتظامی شهر تهران در سال 1400 می باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر 146 مرد بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. فعالیت بدنی با استفاده از پرسشنامه بین المللی فعالیت بدنی (IPAQ)، سلامت روان با استفاده از پرسشنامهافسردگی، اضطراب و استرس(DASS-21) و سلامت اجتماعی با استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت اجتماعی کییز (KSWBQ) اندازه گیری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که افراد مورد پژوهش دارای شاخص توده بدنی با میانگین 24.40 بودند که در سطح متوسط، اما نزدیک به اضافه وزن است. همچنین در مجموع 52 درصد از افراد دارای فعالیت بدنی متوسط تا شدید بودند. علاوه بر این، نمرات سلامت روانی و اجتماعی در محدوده متوسط قرار داشت. همچنین فعالیت بدنی با سلامت روان و سلامت اجتماعی رابطه معناداری داشت. نتایج برازش مدل نشان داد که مدل تحقیق از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. یافته‌های ما حاکی از تأثیر مثبت فعالیت بدنی بر مؤلفه‌های سلامت روانی- اجتماعی در کارکنان مرد گارد پلیس بود. این یافته ها نشان می دهد که استفاده از راهکارها و مداخلات برای بهبود وضعیت فعالیت بدنی کارکنان گارد پلیس از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است.
