پیش‌بینی سازگاری اجتماعی براساس طرحواره‌های ناکارآمد اولیه و مهارت‌های اجتماعی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی سازگاری اجتماعی بر اساس طرحواره‌های ناکارآمد اولیه و مهارت‌های اجتماعی انجام شد. 133 نفر از جمعیت عمومی شهر تهران به‌صورت در دسترس به پرسشنامه آنلاین، شامل پرسشنامه سازگاری بل (BAI)، طرحواره‌های ناکارآمد اولیه یانگ (YEMSQ) و ارزیابی مهارت اجتماعی ماتسون (MESSY) پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش‌های همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای SPSS-22 و LISREL استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد طرحواره‌های ناکارآمد اولیه در پنج حوزه بریدگی و طرد، خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل، محدودیت‌های مختل، دیگرجهت‌مندی، گوش به زنگی بیش از حد و بازداری، با سازگاری اجتماعی رابطه منفی داشتند، همچنین سازگاری اجتماعی با مهارت‌‌های اجتماعی رابطه مثبت داشت. کابرد شیوه معادلات ساختاری نشان داد سازگاری اجتماعی بر اساس طرحواره‌های ناکارآمد اولیه و مهارت‌های اجتماعی قابل پیش‌بینی است. از میان طرحواره‌ها، دو حوزه محدودیت‌های مختل (69/0-) و عملکرد مختل (53/0-) قوی‌ترین تأثیر را به‌صورت منفی بر سازگاری اجتماعی داشتند، مهارت‌های اجتماعی نیز به‌عنوان دومین عامل اثرگذار، پس از حوزه محدودیت‌های مختل، بیشترین تأثیر را به‌صورت مثبت (58/0) بر سازگاری اجتماعی نشان داد. یافته‌ها در بافت نظریه طرحواره‌ها تبیین و پیشنهادهایی برای ارتقای سازگاری اجتماعی مطرح شد.
