مقایسه فرانگرانی، نشخوار ذهنی و تحریف‌های شناختی در بهبودیافتگان کووید 19 و افراد عادی

چکیده
کووید 19، سرعت انتشار و همچنین درصد مرگ و میر بالایی را از خود نشان داده است. این بیماری وضیعت سلامت روان افراد درسطوح مختلف جامعه را در معرض مخاطره قرار می‌دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه فرانگرانی، نشخوار ذهنی و تحریف‌های شناختی در بهبودیافتگان کووید 19 و افراد عادی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسه ای بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بهبود یافتگان کووید 19 و افراد عادی مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت شهرستان تنکابن در بازه زمانی تیر و مرداد 1400بودند که از این بین 120 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسش نامه فرانگرانی، (MWQ)مقیاس پاسخ‌های‌ نشخواری (RRS) و پرسشنامه تحریف‌های شناختی (CDS) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها‌ی گردآوری شده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (MANOVA) با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-24 استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین فرانگرانی، نشخوار ذهنی و تحریف‌های شناختی در دو گروه بهبود یافتگان کووید 19و افراد عادی تفاوت وجود دارد و بهبود یافتگان کووید 19، فرانگرانی، نشخوار ذهنی و تحریف‌های شناختی بیشتری نسبت به افراد عادی از خود نشان می دهند. براساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش که بیانگر بالاتر بودن سطح نشـخوار فکـری، تحریف شناختی و فرانگرانی در بهبودیافتگان کووید 19 می باشد می توان جهت کاهش این متغیرها از آمـوزش راهبردهـای سـازگارانه مقابلـه بـا فرانگرانی، نشخوار فکری و تحریف شناختی به افراد بهبود یافته استفاده نمود.
