رابطه بین فعالیت بدنی با عزت نفس و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشد

چکیده
شواهد پژوهشی نشان می دهد که فعالیت بدنی (PA) با عزت نفس بهتر و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده در کودکانی که رشد نرمال دارند،  همراه است. با این وجود، رابطه بین فعالیت بدنی با عزت نفس و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده در بین کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی (DCD) توجه بسیار کمی در ادبیات پژوهشی به خود جلب کرده است. بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین فعالیت بدنی با عزت نفس و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی بود. در این پژوهش از رویکرد همبستگی استفاده شد. شرکت کنندگان چهل و نه کودک مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی (میانگین سنی 8.85 سال) از مدارس با نیازهای ویژه بودند. برای ارزیابی فعالیت بدنی از پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی برای نوجوانان استفاده شد. برای ارزیابی عزت نفس و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده از پروفایل ادراک خود برای کودکان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج توصیفی نشان داد که نمونه ما در فعالیت فیزیکی بسیار کمی شرکت می کند. علاوه بر این، آنها دارای سطح پایینی از عزت نفس و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده هستند. علاوه بر این، فعالیت بدنی به طور معنادار و مستقیم با عزت نفس و شایستگی حرکتی درک شده مرتبط بود. در نهایت، فعالیت فیزیکی  به طور معنادار و مستقیم هم عزت نفس و هم شایستگی حرکتی ادراک شده را پیش‌بینی کرده است. یافته‌های ما بر مزایای فعالیت بدنی برای بهبود وضعیت روانی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی تاکید دارد. بنابراین، یافتن راهبردها و مداخلات مناسب برای افزایش سطح فعالیت بدنی در این جمعیت ضروری به نظر می رسد.
