This research was conducted using qualitative content analysis. A number of 23 chronic mental patients referred to Tahereh Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation Center in Ramsar city in 2021 were selected by purposive sampling method until theoretical data saturation and were subjected to semi-structured interviews. Analysis and coding of the interviews showed four components with 26 sub-components. The biological needs component includes 6 sub-components: medical costs, lack of medicine, diet, exercise and physical activity, and physical and functional problems. The mental needs component of patients includes 7 sub-components: the presence of co-comorbidity, experiencing unpleasant emotions, lack of personal and social skills, lack of positive psychological characteristics, low quality of life and psychological exhaustion, and having fun and free time. The social needs component of patients includes 7 sub-components: need for family support, need for support from relevant organizations, lack of social facilities, social stigma, possibility of education, possibility of employment and need for support from specialists. The component of patients' spiritual needs also includes 6 sub-components: the need to have hope, perform religious rituals, lack of meaning and purpose in life, fear of death, loneliness and attitude towards God. The obtained findings show that there are different needs in the 4 biological, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions that must be paid attention to in order to improve the mental health and quality of life of chronic mental patients.}, keywords = {Biological,Psychological,social and spiritual needs, Chronic mental patients,Qualitative method}, title_fa = {مطالعۀ کیفی نیازهای زیستی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی در بیماران روانی مزمن}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی کیفی نیازهای زیستی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی بیماران روانی مزمن است. این پژوهش به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. تعداد 23 نفر از بیماران روانی مزمن مراجعه کننده به مرکز توانبخشی روزانۀ اعصاب و روان طاهره در شهرستان رامسر در سال 1400 به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تا اشباع نظری داده ها انتخاب شدند و تحت مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. تحلیل و کدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها چهار مولفه به همره 26 زیرمولفه را نشان داد. مولفه نیازهای زیستی شامل 6 زیرمولفۀ هزینه های درمانی، کمبود دارو، رژیم غذایی، ورزش و فعالیت جسمانی و مشکلات جسمانی و کنشی (خواب، تغذیه،دفع، میل جنسی) است. مولفه نیازهای روانی بیماران شامل 7 زیرمولفۀ وجود اختلالات روانی همبود، تجربه هیجانات ناخوشایند، نداشتن مهارت‌های فردی و اجتماعی، کمبود تاب‌آوری و ویژگیهای مثبت روانشناختی، کیفیت زندگی پایین و فرسودگی روانشناختی و داشتن تفریح و اوقات فراغت است. مولفه نیازهای اجتماعی بیماران شامل 7 زیرمولفۀ نیاز به حمایت خانوادگی، نیاز به حمایت سازمانهای ذی‌ربط، کمبود تسهیلات اجتماعی، انگ و تبعیض اجتماعی، امکان تحصیل، امکان اشتغال و نیاز به حمایت از سوی متخصصان است. مولفه نیازهای معنوی بیماران نیز شامل 6 زیرمولفۀ نیاز به داشتن امید، انجام آیینهای دینی، نداشتن معنا و هدف در زندگی، ترس از مرگ، تنهایی و نگرش نسبت به خداوند است. یافته های به دست آمده نشان میدهد که نیازهای مختلفی در ابعاد 4 گانه زیستی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی وجود دارد که برای ارتقای سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی بیماران روانی مزمن باید به آنها توجه کرد.}, keywords_fa = {بیماران روانی مزمن,روش کیفی,نیازهای زیستی,روانی,اجتماعی و معنوی}, url = {https://modernpsy.rahman.ac.ir/article_160310.html}, eprint = {https://modernpsy.rahman.ac.ir/article_160310_08cf313e2473d18d7fdbfe3de3a20cb5.pdf} }
