The study population entirely consisted of over-18-years of age OCD patients referred to private consultation centers, and rural and urban healthcare centers in Rasht city during2014. The sample selected through purposive sampling consisted of 60 OCD patients who were randomly included in two experimental(ACT with and without OCD Family History) and two control (control with and without OCD Family History) groups. The experimental groups received eight ACT 45-minute sessions of Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale was used to determine the severity of OCD. In addition, the brief version of WHO Quality of Life Scale was used to measure life quality and the clinical interview was used to investigate OCD family history. Multivariate analysis of variance test with repeated measures was used to examine the differences in pretest-posttest and follow-up scores. The results show that ACT caused a significant decrease in OCD symptoms and a significant increase in patients' quality of life while OCD family history had no impact on the effectiveness of ACT. Therefore, all patients can benefit from this therapy regardless of their OCD Family History.}, keywords = {Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,family history,Obsessive-compulsive disorder,Quality of Life}, title_fa = {اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود علایم و افزایش کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- اجباری در تعامل با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش علایم و بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به وسواس در تعامل با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس انجام شد. این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری می‌باشد. جامعه پژوهش شامل همه بیماران مبتلا به وسواس بالای 18 سال بودند که در سال 1393 به مراکز مشاوره خصوصی و مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهری و روستایی شهرستان رشت مراجعه کردند. نمونه شامل 60 بیمار مبتلا به وسواس بودند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی (درمان پذیرش و تعهد با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بدون سابقه خانوادگی وسواس) و دو گروه کنترل (کنترل با سابقه خانوادگی وسواس و کنترل بدون سابقه خانوادگی وسواس) قرار گرفتند. گروه های آزمایشی هشت جلسه 45 دقیقه ای درمان پذیرش و تعهد دریافت نمودند. از مقیاس وسواس فکری- عملی ییل-بروان برای تعیین شدت وسواس و از فرم کوتاه مقیاس کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی به منظور سنجش میزان کیفیت زندگی و از مصاحبه بالینی برای بررسی سابقه خانوادگی وسواس استفاده شد. آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره با اندازه گیری  مکرر برای بررسی تفاوت نمرات پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که این درمان باعث کاهش قابل توجه علائم وسواس و افزایش قابل توجه کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به وسواس می شود.  بنابراین، همه بیماران مبتلا به وسواس می توانند از این روش درمانی بدون توجه به سابقه خانوادگی وسواس، بهره مند شوند.}, keywords_fa = {درمان پذیرش و تعهد,سابقه خانوادگی,اختلال وسواسی-اجباری,کیفیت زندگی}, url = {https://modernpsy.rahman.ac.ir/article_126768.html}, eprint = {https://modernpsy.rahman.ac.ir/article_126768_f05ad093bfe73c8527993d30a82e652c.pdf} }
